Tech-Savvy Data Entry Clerk Needed

Would you consider yourself someone with a natural affinity towards numbers and spreadsheets, as well as an aptitude for maintaining a well ordered work environment? Then this could be the perfect position for you. We are looking for a person to assist the team in entering, organising and managing data in an efficient and conscientious manner. Your core responsibility will be receiving ecological data from field workers in a range of different formats and employing a system-driven approach to effectively sort, validate, present and store data as required. Other tasks will include assisting the admin team in reviewing work completed each month to facilitate the issuing of invoices to clients.
Being tech and software savvy is essential for this role; as you will need to become highly proficient in using a variety of data management tools, including MS Excel, Outlook, Deltek and Geographic Information Systems (ArcGIS). It is anticipated that initially a level of on the job training and supervision will be provided and the successful applicant is expected to grow into the role.
