Rachael O’Dwyer is a recent Environmental Science graduate who is employed as Woodrow’s Field Work Co-ordinator. She organises field work for a number of large wind farm sites to ensure compliance with guidelines for impact assessment, and deals with all planning, tracking and data collection for sub-contractors. Her attention to detail and growing technical expertise allows high quality output of surveys, data, mapping and reports, and reliable management of fieldwork and data. Rachael has various identification skills; competence with aquatic and terrestrial survey methods; GIS, excel and bat data analysis proficiency; familiarity with bird survey methodology and the ability to assist with and write ecological compliance and assessment reports to a high standard.
