Adrian is a native of County Galway where he obtained his BSc in NUIG with a focus on Zoology. Wanting to develop his skills and knowledge more, he then went on to earn his MSc in Wildlife Conservation and Management in UCD where he studied the distribution of the Eurasian otter in Ireland.
Growing up in rural Galway, he has always been interested in Irish mammals and he is keen to showcase what he has learned in his new role as a Graduate & Assistant Ecologist with Woodrow Sustainable Solutions. And now he anticipates the opportunity to travel across Ireland to expand what he knows and further develop his skills.
To keep himself busy when not out in the field, Adrian enjoys plant-keeping, hiking and keeping up with his karate training, which he has been taking part in for over 8 years.
