Alice Clarke is an Assistant Ecologist with Woodrow Sustainable Solutions, having graduated from Queen’s University Belfast with a Masters in Ecological Management and Conservation Biology in 2018. She has worked for almost three years in ecological consultancy and environmental research roles in Ireland, Northern Ireland and Spain. Her field of interest is Bats, however, she likes to dabble in a lot of different aspects of ecology, including birds, botany, aquatics and mammals. Alice has authored numerous AA Screenings, Natura Impact Statements and Environmental Impact Assessments, for a wide range of client-types, including forestry, wind energy, residential and commercial developments and wastewater treatment. Outside of work, Alice enjoys teaching herself other languages (working on Spanish and French right now!), taking full advantage of all the gorgeous beaches in Sligo, and a delicious cold pint on a sunny Friday evening.
