Jo helps keep us all on the straight and narrow. Unflappable she helps guide us along and always has a supportive ear after a hard day of field work. Outside work she runs Edergole Vegan catering so we are often treated to tasty bites - a throwback to her days running ‘London’s finest vegetarian restaurant’ as rated by The Guardian.
