A scientist by training, Sharon has highly developed interpersonal and facilitation skills with the ability to enthuse and engage communities and businesses in the process of appropriate change to better their environment in line with required legislation and best practice. From national charities to small community groups, Sharon has drafted long-term, strategic plans consulting across cohorts to ensure buy-in from all consultees. Her meticulous Project Management skills, hand-holding and listening, ensure projects get off the ground and targets are achieved within (often tight) budgets. Sharon is proud of her work as a National Adjudicator for TidyTowns – Europe’s longest running and biggest community programme - encouraging bottom-up environmental change. Sharon is also a Fellow of the Royal Society for Encouragement of Arts, Manufacture & Commerce (RSA). Commerce (RSA).
